In a business doing deliveries, the number of an incoming call is the fastest route to an address and an order history. But a phone number is personal data; it is collected for a purpose, and once that purpose has ended it should not simply stay on file.
In TEON Restoran, how many days the call log is kept is a setting. Records past that age drop off on their own and nobody has to clear them by hand. Masking the number on screen is a separate option: you can have the middle digits hidden on the strip, so not everyone passing the till reads the full number.
The same approach applies on the device side. The phone capturing calls is paired with a one time code and each device gets its own token. If a phone is lost, only that connection is cut; the other devices and the records are unaffected.
