TEON Ticari · TEON Restoran · TEON Perakende · TEON Saha
TEON looks like four products but is one program. Ticari, Restoran, Perakende and Saha sit on the same core. Inventory, contacts, invoicing, dispatch, orders, cash, bank, cheques and staff work exactly the same way in all four. Choose Restoran and you get table orders and a floor plan on top; choose Perakende and you get a barcode till. Whichever you pick, the accounting side is already there.
Contacte-Documents
Most businesses send e-invoices from a second program. The invoice is written in the accounts, then typed again into another screen. TEON has no such step. The document enters the queue where it was issued, goes to the provider, and its status appears in the same list.
Explore e-DocumentsTEON Restoran
TEON Restoran is a table-order program for restaurants, cafes and businesses running a delivery service. The floor plan, the waiter’s order screen on the phone, the kitchen printer, self-service and delivery orders are all built on top of TEON Ticari’s accounting modules. The ticket screen runs on a computer inside the restaurant, so service continues even if the internet drops.
ExploreTEON Saha
Built for sales reps who sell from a van, TEON Saha runs on an Android device. The day’s route is on the device and every visit is checked against the location. In front of the customer an order is taken, an invoice is issued, payment is collected and the receipt prints on a Bluetooth printer. The van’s warehouse is tracked apart from the stock at the centre.
ExploreYou start with the one that suits your sector. The accounting foundation is identical in all four, so when you add a second product later your customer accounts, stock and fiscal periods stay where they are and nothing is entered twice.
TEON was designed for people who spend the whole day in the program. These are the small but important details that speed up everyday work.

Buttons are large enough to press comfortably with a finger. On a tablet or phone, tapping the wrong spot is less likely.
If you need to check a customer’s statement while entering an invoice, a new screen opens on top. The half-finished invoice is not lost.
Press Ctrl+K and type what you are looking for: a customer name, an invoice number or a menu. Click the result and the record opens.
Click a column header to sort. Long lists are split into pages, and the total always shows at the bottom.
The interface is in Turkish, English and German. You switch languages from the top menu.
If an invoice needs a customer or warehouse that is not on the list yet, add it with the button next to the box. The voucher stays open and the new record comes selected.
The delete confirmation tells you what the action will affect, for example that deleting an invoice also reverses its effect on the customer account and stock. Actions that affect no records do not ask.
No, they are one program. TEON Ticari is the core, and Restoran, Perakende and Saha add their own screens on top of it. You do not buy a business management program and a table order system separately; both live in the same account. When you move to another product later, nothing is entered again and new screens are added to your account.
Each customer’s data sits in its own database, not in a shared pool. If you use the restaurant or the point of sale, the daily operation is held on the computer in the branch and passed on to head office.
In a restaurant, yes: tickets and tables run on the computer in the branch, so service carries on when the internet drops. Closed tickets are posted to head office once the connection returns. The retail till and the back office (invoicing, contacts, cash) run on the central server and need internet, because invoice numbers are legally required to run in sequence.
You choose your provider on the settings screen and enter your credentials. An issued invoice enters the queue and its delivery status appears in the same list. The e-invoice side has been tested in the live environment of two providers.
The van carries its own warehouse. Goods loaded in the morning move into the van stock, what is sold comes off it, and what returns is booked back into the main warehouse in the evening. The rep takes the order or sells outright in front of the customer, and the invoice and the payment finish there. Orders can be taken without internet and wait on the device; issuing an invoice and taking a payment need a connection.
