If you send goods to a customer several times in a month, you issue a separate dispatch note for each shipment but may want to invoice at the end of the month in one go. In TEON Ticari you do not need to open each dispatch note and retype its lines.
The Uninvoiced Dispatch Notes report lists every dispatch note that has not yet become an invoice, grouped by customer, along with how many days each has been waiting. Select the ones you want and press Invoice Selected, and the dispatch notes for the same customer are grouped automatically into a single invoice.
The lines of an invoiced dispatch note do not come off stock a second time, because the stock movement was already posted when the dispatch note was issued. The invoice only calculates the amount and creates the document. If you delete the invoice by mistake, the linked dispatch notes automatically become open again and can be invoiced once more.
